How to join the Crawley Freestyle Association
Crawley Freestyle Association Membership Forms are available from the container at the skatepark, from Sibot BMX Supplies or download from the bottom of this page.
All you need to do is print off the membership form, fill it in and either drop it into the CFA green container at the Skate Park or send it to the address below with your membership fee and passport sized photo (remember to out your name on the back of the photo or email it to membership@crawleyfreestyle.co.uk)

If you are under the age of 18 you will need to get a parent/guardian to sign the application form.
How much does it cost?
Membership is for a year and only costs £5 for all age groups, we also offer a family membership at £15 per year for a maximum of 4 family members

This can be either by
- Cheque (made payable to ‘Crawley Freestyle Association’)
- Cash (please do not post this, may be handed into the container with your form)
- Standing Order (mandate downloadable from below, please send it in with your application)
Membership Renewal
Once you are a member, a reminder will be sent out to you about a month before your membership expires, with details of how to renew your membership.
