CFA AGM 18th April

The CFA’s AGM will be taking place on Monday 18^th  April 2011, 6pm upstairs in meeting room 3 at K2 Leisure Centre.

An AGM is a very important meeting that has to take place once a year. This is open to all members of the Association to attend, and gives everyone an opportunity to find out what the Association has achieved in the last year, what it is hoping to achieve over the next year and how much money it has received and spent.

It also gives you the chance to find out who the committee members and coaches are and most importantly, provides you with the opportunity to give your opinions/ideas and feedback on the Association’s programmes, activities, events and anything else!

You can even nominate yourself (or someone else) for a position on the committee, and can vote on the night too! A list of current positions, along with nominations for the next year, can be found on the agenda.

If you would like to nominate for a position, you must put this in writing in advance of the AGM (this can be via email lucy.adams@crawley.gov.uk ).

This meeting is your best opportunity to make a difference to the development and success of the CrawleyFreestyle Association, so please do your best to attend on the night (the meeting should be finished by 7.30pm). Your views and ideas are important and can make a difference.

Some light finger food and refreshments will be provided on arrival for all members attending.
